Greets and directs visitors, receives and distributes mail and packages, coordinates outgoing shipments, opens and closes corporate offices, maintains supplies, programs phone extensions, prepares routine listings and correspondence, and supports office personnel with clerical and administrative tasks.

Manages regional construction safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance and monitoring safety performance. Leads safety personnel, trains managers and employees, inspects facilities, identifies hazards, oversees corrective actions, investigates incidents, submits regulatory reports, analyzes accident trends, and reports safety performance to management and corporate safety leadership.

Manage multiple mission-critical construction projects from bidding through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, profitability, staff, subcontractors, vendors, client relationships, invoices, change orders, procurement, reporting, and final documentation. Lead project meetings, coordinate architects and engineers, review bids and qualifications, approve payments, monitor project performance, and ensure timely completion and successful client outcomes.
