The Electrical Technical Advisor will support sales teams by architecting electrical solutions, preparing technical offers, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in the electrical systems domain.

Lead sales strategy and execution for industrial and OEM markets to drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop the sales team, provide technical product support, implement local market plans aligned with global priorities, analyse market trends and competition, manage key channel relationships, run training/CPD sessions, maintain CRM records, and report to local management.

Sell systems and solutions for ABB's Distribution Solutions division within a designated market. Build and maintain customer relationships, prepare sales plans and offers, identify digital sales opportunities, support marketing and administration, and drive volume, mix, and profitability targets.
