Teams at Abarca

Manage implementation of new clients, products, and services on the Darwin platform. Develop project plans, gather requirements, lead client and stakeholder meetings, track milestones, identify risks, coordinate testing, resolve issues, and provide progress reporting. The role supports post-launch stabilization, maintains client relationships, and ensures timely, accurate implementation delivery.

Owns end-to-end client healthcare data exchange processes, including requirements, source-to-target mapping, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Establishes data quality standards, validates integrations using SQL and Python, manages anomalies and escalations, maintains SLA reporting, and consults with clients on risk and value. Partners with Product and Engineering, tracks delivery dependencies, supports on-call needs, and mentors team members.

Leads pharmaceutical rebate contracting, formulary and coverage strategy, financial modeling, manufacturer negotiations, and rebate performance across Abarca’s business. Advises executives and cross-functional teams, governs aggregator relationships, translates strategy into client solutions, and mentors Trade Relations staff. Requires deep PBM, health plan, or pharmaceutical contracting expertise, strong financial analysis, and extensive leadership experience.
