Lead regulatory compliance for state and federal requirements (including HIPAA) across commercial and government lines. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, manage Regulatory Change Management processes, update policies and training, support implementation and testing, respond to regulatory consults, and collaborate with business units, clients, and Information Security on privacy/security and delegated services compliance.

Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and unit tests. Create Page Object Models, write SQL-based tests, validate API integrations, execute regression and stress tests, collaborate with developers and QA, troubleshoot and improve code, and coach team members to ensure software quality.

Manage and maintain the pharmacy provider network and contracts, troubleshoot network issues, support client onboarding and operations, communicate with pharmacy partners, track performance and compliance, and assist with analytics, documentation, and cross-team support.
