Build and support Microsoft-based automation, low-code applications, AI assistants, and integrated business solutions. The role covers solution discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement. It requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure services, Copilot Studio, APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Leads Abano Healthcare’s Legal and Risk function across Australia and New Zealand. Advises the Board, CEO, CFO, and executives on corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy, disputes, employment, transactions, and legal risk. Supports healthcare operations, clinician arrangements, and business growth while managing external counsel and developing the internal legal team. Provides commercially focused advice, oversees compliance frameworks, and strengthens legal capability across the organisation.
