Supports the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer administration, documentation, clearances, equipment setup, orientation, and training support. Maintains accurate HR records, prepares reports, protects confidential information, communicates with candidates and employees, and handles administrative tasks while adapting to changing priorities.

Provide two-on-one ABA services to children/adolescents with autism, collect and record behavioral data, assist BCBAs with graphs and program updates, write progress notes, create session materials, and follow treatment plans. On-site work with assigned cases based on location and availability; training provided.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents with autism, including assessment, program development, data collection, parent training, staff supervision, and coordination with insurance/credentialing processes.
