The Assistant Clinical Director oversees local ABA clinical services, manages cases, supports clinical operations, and ensures ethical, consistent, and compliant care. Responsibilities include mentoring supervisors and behavior technicians, conducting quality reviews, supporting recruitment and training, maintaining payer and credentialing compliance, collaborating with internal departments, engaging families and stakeholders, and overseeing the Behavior Analyst in Training Program.
