Lead and grow a team building and scaling BEES's ML platform. Own roadmap and delivery across MLOps, pipelines, registries, feature stores, training and inference infrastructure, monitoring, governance, reliability, developer experience, standards, and stakeholder alignment to enable production ML at scale.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and shift-left testing. Create and maintain automated API tests using Rest Assured and Kotlin. Execute functional, exploratory, integration, and regression tests across Android, iOS, and Web. Log and track defects in Jira/Zephyr, collaborate with developers and product managers, and improve QA processes.

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot. Implement features, integrate systems, ensure observability, write tests, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
