Improve Aave Labs' security posture by supporting managed SIEM escalations, identity and SSO management, securing SaaS and Google Workspace, advising DevOps on cloud and SDLC security, managing joiner/leaver processes, trialing new infosec systems, aiding crisis response, and architecting web3 security and monitoring.

Act as technical lead for partner integrations: scope, design, build proofs-of-concept, document reference architectures, troubleshoot integrations, and liaise between partners, product, and engineering to accelerate adoption.

Lead institutional adoption of Aave products (Horizon, Aave Protocol, GHO) by developing go-to-market strategy, building strategic partnerships, shaping product direction with cross-functional teams, and representing Aave at industry events to grow distribution and market share.

Lead and develop the Risk team, own the risk management frameworks, coordinate with external providers, and ensure optimal risk posture for protocol.
