Lead day-to-day People Operations on a 12-month cover, owning Workday configuration and governance, payroll/onboarding, complex employee relations, process improvements, reporting, and mentoring the People & Culture team while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR priorities.

Own and develop accounting for Nordic group entities, manage monthly/quarterly/annual closings (K3), ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting, coordinate VAT/tax, liaise with auditors and authorities, improve controls and automation, and help manage the Xledger ERP.

Responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot systems, improving workflows and data quality, and training stakeholders in CRM and RevOps processes.
