Leads Aareon's organic growth engine across SEO, content, answer engines, and generative AI discovery. Responsibilities include building authoritative statutory and resident-focused content, managing rankings and organic pipeline contribution, refreshing regulatory content, consolidating content strategies, and partnering with demand generation, PR, editorial, and product marketing teams. The role requires strong editorial judgment, technical SEO understanding, and experience producing content for regulated or technical audiences.

Leads Aareon’s brand strategy, positioning, architecture, governance, reputation, and market presence across the UK and Europe. Oversees Brand Marketing teams spanning creative, social, PR, editorial, events, and design. Partners with executive, product, growth, customer success, and commercial teams to align brand activity with business growth, customer retention, product adoption, and talent attraction. Builds scalable brand frameworks, integrates acquired businesses, strengthens market credibility, and develops a high-performing brand function.

Provides client-facing software support for ActiveH and Versaa platforms, triaging, prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving SQL-based application issues. Maintains documentation, manages configurations, supports root-cause analysis, and collaborates with Product and Development teams on improvements. The role requires strong communication, workload management, Azure or Microsoft Server knowledge, and regular on-site attendance in a hybrid arrangement.
