Define roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, manage P&L, conduct market research and competitive analysis, develop GTM and pricing, oversee product launches, and lead sunsetting. Partner cross-functionally with instructional design, content, technology, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, revenue, learner outcomes, and portfolio health.

Build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds; create integrations and API connections; develop automations with Flow and Apex; build Lightning Web Components; use OmniStudio for Education Cloud; perform admin tasks, reporting, deployments, and troubleshooting; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a scalable, healthy org.

Provide mentoring and support to students in the Certified Professional Biller Training course, evaluating performance and facilitating learning through various technologies and teaching methods.
