Build and enhance customer-facing platforms from discovery through production. Translate customer problems and business rules into software, make autonomous technical decisions, and own design, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, support, and continuous improvement. Use AI-assisted engineering tools, coordinate agentic workflows, improve reusable components and automation, and prioritize customer and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering in a remote, empowered team.

Audits medical records across multiple specialties to validate documentation, coding, procedures, diagnoses, and compliance. Researches AMA, OIG, CMS, payer, and specialty guidelines; identifies documentation gaps; prepares audit findings and improvement recommendations; maintains quality and production standards; reports activity to management; and supports workflow improvements, KPIs, mentoring, and client-specific project deliverables.

Provide mentoring and support to students in the Certified Professional Biller Training course, evaluating performance and facilitating learning through various technologies and teaching methods.
