The role requires a proven sales record, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, multitasking ability, and a valid driver's license.

Diagnoses, rebuilds, removes, reinstalls, and repairs automotive transmissions. Explains technical issues and repair needs to customers and teammates, assists other technicians, maintains an organized service department, communicates problems to management, and stays current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
