Manage and grow strategic B2B accounts in Italy by building client relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and executing account strategies. Provide technical guidance on embedded computing products, collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and support teams, analyze sales performance, and report growth opportunities to senior management. The role requires strong Italian and English communication skills and customer travel as needed.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle for approximately 60 employees across eight European countries. Responsibilities include HR administration, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits, policy development, compliance, and process improvement. The role advises employees and managers, coordinates with local payroll providers and advisers, and supports Dutch and cross-border employment practices.

Serves as a key HR contact for employees and managers across European offices. Manages HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance, policies, compliance, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitors employment laws across multiple countries, supports legal risk management, maintains HR systems and handbooks, and drives continuous improvement.
