Coordinate purchase order planning, production and work orders while supporting daily on-site warehouse operations. Maintain inbound/outbound plans, monitor POs, update ERP/WMS (NetSuite), perform cycle counts, support inventory reporting and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely material flow and accurate inventory.

Drive revenue growth across the DACH region by executing regional sales strategy, developing strategic account plans, acquiring new business, and expanding existing key accounts. Build executive relationships across engineering, procurement, and management, identify technology and design opportunities, manage forecasting and sales budgeting, coordinate cross-functional OEM/ODM opportunities, provide voice-of-customer insights, and travel frequently (up to 70%).

Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders and invoices, managing customer data and inventory, coordinating cross-team communications, handling customer inquiries, and preparing sales reports to improve performance and satisfaction.
