Manage the complete employee lifecycle for approximately 60 employees across eight European countries. Responsibilities include HR administration, contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits, policy development, compliance, and process improvement. The role advises employees and managers, coordinates with local payroll providers and advisers, and supports Dutch and cross-border employment practices.

Serves as a key HR contact for employees and managers across European offices. Manages HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance, policies, compliance, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitors employment laws across multiple countries, supports legal risk management, maintains HR systems and handbooks, and drives continuous improvement.

Drive revenue growth across the DACH region by executing regional sales strategy, developing strategic account plans, acquiring new business, and expanding existing key accounts. Build executive relationships across engineering, procurement, and management, identify technology and design opportunities, manage forecasting and sales budgeting, coordinate cross-functional OEM/ODM opportunities, provide voice-of-customer insights, and travel frequently (up to 70%).
