Supervises residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities, overseeing administration, staffing, fiscal operations, care plans, training, and regulatory coordination. Provides hands-on support to adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Duties include facilitating instruction and community activities, assisting with hygiene and household tasks, supporting health appointments, supervising medications, documenting services, maintaining safety, managing client funds, protecting confidentiality, and reporting suspected abuse or neglect. Staff must work varied shifts, attend required training, and complete pre-employment screening.

Supervises direct support professionals, lead staff, and skills trainers; oversees individual care and treatment plans; and ensures services promote health, safety, autonomy, self-esteem, choice, and functional skill development. Maintains consistent alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
