Teams at AACI

Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and variance analyses. Manage program budgets, revenue invoicing, accounts receivable, month-end close, audits, and annual budgets. Support funder reporting, correct data errors, and perform related administrative tasks.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in an FQHC setting: exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, chronic disease management, care coordination, quality improvement, and occasional after-hours on-call and community outreach.

Provide outreach, engagement, and case management for high-risk Medi‑Cal members. Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care and community referrals, document clinical records, perform field outreach (shelters, homes, drop-in sites), and support clients' access to housing, behavioral health, and recovery resources.
