Lead a sales squad serving homeowners and property owners in catastrophe-prone markets. Own pipeline strategy, premium targets, complex coverage conversations, risk decisions, client elections, pre-bind documentation, and policy binding. Delegate follow-ups and administrative work, coach another producer, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate clean handoffs to servicing. Advise clients on homeowners coverage, FAIR Plan, DIC, surplus lines, carrier options, and market constraints through phone, email, and online quoting tools.
