Provide administrative and client-facing support for financial planning teams: maintain client records, prepare client packs, manage delivery of client work, liaise with product and investment providers, update planners and clients throughout the client journey, review completed client files, meet KPIs/SLAs, and support continuous improvement while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

Manage a portfolio of audit clients, coach and review team work, ensure engagements meet budgets and quality standards, identify technical issues and solutions, contribute to tenders and lead management initiatives while pursuing professional development.
