Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, overseeing UK corporation tax compliance, complex computations, tax returns, and accounting disclosures. Support advisory work involving restructures, reorganisations, shareholder transactions, and HMRC enquiries. Build client relationships, assist with business development, coach junior staff, and maintain current knowledge of tax legislation. The role requires professional accountancy and corporate tax qualifications, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver work accurately within deadlines and budgets.

Lead UK and international tax advisory and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, trustees, and internationally mobile clients. Advise on residence, domicile, trusts, estates, inheritance tax, capital gains, income tax, offshore structures, and cross-border planning. Manage complex tax portfolios, HMRC enquiries, client relationships, business development, and junior staff while collaborating with wealth managers, legal advisers, and overseas tax professionals.
