Sells domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, air, hotels, cars, and itineraries. Builds long-term member relationships, provides tailored travel recommendations, generates repeat and referral business, and cross-sells related products. Requires strong sales ability, organization, communication, computer proficiency, and willingness to work Saturdays and some evenings. Training includes travel and may lead to future management opportunities.

Analyzes digital member experience, Voice of Customer, CSAT, survey, and behavioral data to identify trends, friction points, and service issues. Builds dashboards and reports using analytics tools, presents actionable recommendations to stakeholders, supports incident reviews and issue resolution, and partners with engineering, product, and reliability teams to validate fixes. Uses AI to summarize feedback, detect themes, and automate reporting while ensuring accuracy.

Handles inbound claims calls, documents first notices of loss, answers low-complexity claims questions, explains glass claim benefits and coverage, and provides empathetic member service. Routes complex requests to appropriate departments, maintains claims accuracy, uses claims systems, and provides general membership information. Requires call center customer service experience, strong communication and typing skills, English fluency, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
