Consult with clients to plan and book domestic and international travel, including cruises, tours, hotels, airfare, car rentals, and insurance. Build long-term relationships, develop a client base through referrals and networking, provide personalized service, and meet sales goals. The role includes comprehensive training in travel products, consultative sales, business development, travel systems, and customer relationship management.

Sells domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, air, hotels, cars, and itineraries. Builds long-term member relationships, generates referrals and repeat business, recommends tailored travel solutions, and cross-sells related products. The role requires strong sales drive, organization, computer proficiency, communication skills, paperwork accuracy, and availability for most Saturdays and some evenings. New hires complete a training program with some travel and may advance into leadership.

Design, build, test, and maintain SmartCOMM templates, business rules, data mappings, and multi-channel document outputs. Troubleshoot document-generation issues, support QA and business testing, document technical specifications, collaborate with Guidewire teams, and assist with Agile delivery, releases, migrations, and production monitoring for regulated insurance correspondence.
