Manages marketing operations projects, budgets, forecasts, invoices, vendor relationships, and budget reporting for marketing programs exceeding $1 million. Coordinates communications among internal teams, agencies, and vendors; supports planning meetings; monitors budget impacts; and identifies process improvements and automation opportunities. Requires strong organization, communication, financial administration, project coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides membership and roadside assistance support through inbound and outbound calls, correspondence review, problem resolution, report processing, and membership system updates. Evaluates information, ensures data accuracy, meets productivity and quality goals, and supports ACE departments. Requires strong communication, organization, decision-making, time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for occasional travel and varied shifts.

Analyze SQL data using Python or R to identify trends, test statistical significance, and solve business problems. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, often collaborating with data engineers. Create visualizations in Tableau, adapt analytical approaches to business needs, and work within Agile teams and sprint-based delivery cycles.
