Sell and promote life insurance and annuities to members, develop and follow up on leads, provide sales support and training to frontline staff, maintain licensure and compliance, and develop annual business plans to meet sales and persistency goals.

Own product P&L and drive business KPIs. Develop and execute annual product marketing plans (analytics, digital, social, communications). Monitor competitors and pricing. Manage marketing budget, POs, invoices, and agency/vendor relationships. Lead cross-functional projects and support product marketing initiatives to achieve growth targets.

Sell domestic and international travel packages (cruises, tours, hotels, car rental, rail, air). Research and compare partner packages, process travel documents, advise on entry requirements, prospect and contact members for new and repeat business, and cross-sell insurance and membership products.
