Develops and executes external communications and public relations strategies for AAA Mountain West Group. Serves as a regional spokesperson, manages media inquiries and crisis communications, leads PR campaigns, builds journalist relationships, monitors media trends, advises business leaders, and measures campaign effectiveness. The role is remote but requires residence in the Las Vegas area and includes regular live broadcast and studio appearances.

Leads investment portfolio management, treasury operations, cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, capital markets activities, and capital structure initiatives. Oversees external investment managers, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, improves treasury systems and controls, and presents financial strategies to executive leadership and the Board. Manages and develops treasury and investment professionals while collaborating with internal and external financial stakeholders.

The Director, HR Business Partner advises senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, change management, and executive coaching. The role leads HR Business Partners, oversees complex people initiatives, uses workforce analytics and generative AI insights, manages talent investments and HR technology implementations, and supports performance, engagement, and workforce planning across business functions.
