Lead and coach field insurance sales agents across multiple branches to meet sales targets. It requires corporate training, instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, adult learning, team leadership, and relationship-building experience.

Manages commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, administration, renewals, and lifecycle tracking. Administers LinkSquares and related legal technology, including workflows, integrations, reporting, alerts, data integrity, and user training. Improves legal department processes, matter intake, metrics, dashboards, and operational efficiency while partnering with cross-functional business teams and escalating complex legal issues to counsel.
