Designs, develops, integrates, and supports Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions using Apex, flows, Lightning Web Components, and data models. Collaborates with administrators, developers, analysts, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Leads development practices, security, performance, CI/CD deployments, documentation, testing, and application lifecycle management. Provides mentoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rotating nights-and-weekends on-call support.

Supports governance, risk, and compliance programs, including standards tracking, control-gap remediation, audits, vulnerability and patch management, third-party risk assessments, threat analysis, and security recommendations. Partners with IT and business teams to implement controls, maintain security baselines, conduct testing, and provide management dashboards. Leads selected security initiatives and participates in on-call support.

Provide administrative support to Field Consultants and management; generate, vet, and qualify leads; conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses; document activity and guide prospects through program requirements; support marketing campaigns and participate in team meetings and training.
