Manage inbound digital travel leads from AAA's lead platform through booking and post-sale service. Qualify prospects, create customized quotes, finalize bookings across air, land, cruise and insurance, ensure compliance with ARC/WISP and company policies, deliver high-quality digital customer service, and collaborate on promotions and cross-selling.

Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe facility spaces by cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, floors, trash/recycling, and cafeteria equipment; replenish supplies; perform spot cleaning; maintain equipment; report maintenance needs; and assist with event setup and breakdown.

Provide desktop technical support to end users: troubleshoot software/hardware issues, respond to tickets and calls, install/configure Windows and Office software, manage Office 365 accounts, perform baseload imaging, maintain peripherals, and document/resolve incidents while delivering Five Diamond customer service.
