The Cloud Operations Lead Engineer will lead GCP infrastructure design and deployment, ensure secure operations, mentor engineers, and oversee incident response.

Process driver license and vehicle registration applications, mentor title clerks, prepare and submit applications, research and resolve rejected submissions, upsell AAA products, handle overflow roadside calls, and assist with cashiering and IDEMIA services.

Process driver license and vehicle registration applications, assemble and submit title paperwork, research and resolve rejected applications, and mentor title clerks. Provide customer service, upsell AAA products, answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls, and serve as backup for cashiering and IDEMIA services. Complete required training and obtain certifications such as Notary Public and OLM where applicable.
