Administer enterprise thin-client and VDI infrastructure, including 10ZiG endpoints, Omnissa Horizon, virtual machine storage, and desktop delivery. Automate administration with PowerShell, Python, or Bash; manage networking, hardware, patching, asset lifecycles, server racks, and lab systems. Provide second-level engineering support, optimize performance and security, create deployment procedures, and troubleshoot complex workflows. The role requires approximately 10% travel and eligibility for a government clearance.

Provides senior systems engineering and enterprise architecture expertise for the FAA’s National Airspace System. Assesses current and future capabilities, systems, interfaces, dependencies, risks, and modernization strategies across multiple aviation domains. Develops architecture artifacts, requirements, roadmaps, transition strategies, technical analyses, and recommendations. Collaborates with FAA organizations, industry stakeholders, and international standards bodies, translating complex engineering information into decision-support materials for technical and management audiences.

Provides enterprise-level systems engineering and integration support for the FAA National Airspace System. Evaluates legacy-to-modernized system transitions, architecture, infrastructure, requirements, dependencies, risks, and capability gaps across air traffic control automation, communications, navigation, and surveillance. Develops technical assessments, papers, briefs, and recommendations supporting NAS modernization and strategic technology initiatives.
