Support the Portfolio Management and Technology Development Director by managing correspondence, tracking actions, coordinating international travel approvals, supporting FAA reauthorization, creating briefings and reports, and analyzing data in Excel (including pivot tables) to inform stakeholders and monitor Directorate activities.

Provide 2nd-level engineering and system testing for ASR-9 radar subsystems: troubleshoot and analyze data, perform upgrades, develop and execute test plans, produce technical documentation, coordinate vendors, and support field technicians. Requires travel (~25-50%) and eligibility for government security clearance.

Provide 2nd-level network engineering support for RMLS: maintain and configure servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers in mixed Windows/Linux environments; manage storage (NAS), cloud and network security; troubleshoot, document, and support deployments; interface with vendors and lead design reviews; participate in 24x7 field support and occasional travel.
