Lead product vision, roadmap, and P&L for lending, F&I menu, and contract management. Partner closely with engineering on architecture, own backlogs and KPIs (approval rates, time-to-fund, error rates), manage lender/eSignature/document partner relationships, and ship AI-powered lender matching, credit decisioning, and menu optimization features with compliance and scalability.

Own the month-end close and GL maintenance, run reconciliations, prepare variance analyses, manage AP/AR and billing, support payroll, fixed assets, tax and audit prep, maintain workpapers and SOPs, and use AI tools to automate accounting workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Lead design, build, and operate agentic AI systems integrated with a high-scale multi-tenant automotive SaaS platform. Own agent lifecycle, define tool interfaces, set observability and security patterns, drive migrations, mentor senior engineers, and ship production AI workflows that act on real systems while ensuring safety and cost control.

Lead design and ownership of a multi-tenant data platform and feature store to enable closed-loop ML for dealer optimization. Build pipelines, model data flows, action ledger, governance, migration strategy, and automated data quality/monitoring. Hands-on in SQL/code, architect data schemas, ensure tenant isolation, and operationalize training and serving for SageMaker and Bedrock-powered optimization functions.
