Build and operate production agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and MCP, while modernizing legacy platforms and microfrontends. Own vulnerability management, observability, SRE practices, incident response, CI/CD quality and security gates, progressive delivery, and rollback automation. Establish and enforce engineering standards across teams, improve third-party integration monitoring, maintain on-call documentation, and drive adoption of agent-assisted development. The role is hands-on, cross-functional, and focused on secure, reliable, continuously modernized software delivery.

Own revenue and go-to-market analytics, KPI definitions, forecasting, scenario modeling, cost-of-revenue and operating expense analysis, variance reporting, dashboards, and board support. Build auditable financial models, improve data integrity, automate recurring workflows, and provide insights for pricing, hiring, investment, and leadership decisions. Partner closely with finance, accounting, sales, marketing, and revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and P&L for lending, F&I menu, and contract management. Partner closely with engineering on architecture, own backlogs and KPIs (approval rates, time-to-fund, error rates), manage lender/eSignature/document partner relationships, and ship AI-powered lender matching, credit decisioning, and menu optimization features with compliance and scalability.

Lead technical design and delivery for multiple product/platform areas: break monoliths into domain microservices, own full‑stack vertical slices, ensure production reliability, mentor engineers, run design reviews, manage on‑call/incident ownership, and co‑deliver AI agents integrated into dealer workflows.

Design, build, and operate production agentic AI systems on AWS Bedrock AgentCore using Strands/LangGraph. Implement tool integrations (MCP/Gateway), evaluation pipelines and LLM-as-judge CI gates, observability, cost/latency controls, and guardrails for agents operating on live dealer data.
