Lead presales discovery, solution consulting, demonstrations, and proposal support for manufacturing costing and carbon footprint software. Implement and configure Tset solutions for automotive and manufacturing customers, including data imports and reporting through APIs. Manage customer workshops, relationships, escalations, project scope, schedules, and cross-functional delivery. Analyze feedback and usage data to improve customer outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Product, Development, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Manages complex strategic customer programs from acquisition through closure, overseeing technical delivery, finances, timelines, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Serves as the primary customer interface, guides delivery teams, develops proposals, presents results, manages stakeholder relationships, and identifies opportunities for business growth. Requires automotive or global matrix experience, strong project management and communication skills, and excellent Japanese and English proficiency. Potential business travel is expected.

Perform technical benchmarking, product cost calculations, cost-parameter research, and cost optimization analysis for vehicle closure and exterior components. Produce technical insights, costing, DtC/VAVE, and target-cost reports. Collaborate with customers, OEMs, suppliers, and global technical experts to resolve issues and support new product development. Apply knowledge of materials, supply chains, stamping, forging, and manufacturing processes.
