A2MAC1 Benefits Overview

Leads and develops a team of automotive cost engineers while managing a portfolio of costing, benchmarking, value-engineering, and consulting projects. Ensures project scope, budgets, milestones, quality, and customer outcomes are achieved. Partners with Sales, customer program managers, and regional leadership to shape solutions, manage risks, review analyses, and improve methods, tools, and team capabilities. Requires automotive cost engineering expertise, technical leadership, strong project management, customer communication, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Manages customer success across pre-sales, onboarding, training, ongoing technical support, product adoption, renewals, and account escalations in Japan. Partners with sales, product, program, and operations teams to deliver automotive engineering platform solutions. Presents demonstrations, workshops, webinars, and technical proposals; monitors customer usage and health; gathers product feedback; supports implementation; and drives revenue growth, retention, and customer outcomes.

Leads A2MAC1’s EMEA costing organization and consulting growth strategy, with executive accountability for client portfolios, delivery quality, capacity, workforce planning, and P&L. Oversees team leaders, program managers, and cost engineers; sponsors complex consulting engagements; advises senior automotive clients; partners with Sales; and develops scalable consulting offerings, governance, and methodologies across the region.
