Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routings, tooling, fixturing, standards, and documentation for precision CNC and high-mix production. Partner with programming, production, quality, supply chain, and estimating on first articles, inspection planning, capability analysis, root-cause investigations, quoting, and cost reduction. Support production-floor issue resolution, process standardization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, repeatable, capable, and traceable manufacturing processes.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Read blueprints and apply GD&T, perform first article inspections, monitor production quality, maintain setup documentation, collaborate with programmers and quality, and perform routine maintenance and safety tasks.

Create, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC lathe programs for precision parts; interpret drawings and GD&T; select tooling and cutting parameters; support setup, quality (FAI), and continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and ensure ISO/AS9100 compliance.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business for CNC machining and fabrication. Build relationships with OEMs, engineers, and purchasing teams; generate leads, deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, maintain CRM pipeline, and collaborate with estimating and production to meet customer requirements and sales targets.

Set up, operate, and maintain 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Read blueprints/CAD and GD&T, load and verify CNC programs, perform inspections (FAI, CMM), troubleshoot machining issues, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring safety and documentation.
