Leads group-wide business audit planning, execution, reporting, SOX management testing, risk analysis, methodology development, and audit quality reviews across multinational entities. Partners with senior stakeholders, external auditors, and subsidiary audit teams to improve controls, governance, risk management, audit processes, knowledge sharing, and team capabilities.

Leads group-wide IT audit planning, execution, reporting, SOX management testing, risk analysis, and audit methodology improvements across multinational entities. Reviews IT controls, audit evidence, findings, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with senior stakeholders, external auditors, and subsidiary audit teams. Drives audit tool harmonization, knowledge sharing, and competency development. The role requires extensive international IT audit experience, strong knowledge of audit frameworks and emerging risks, recognized certifications, and fluent English.

Develop and automate business processes using Java, cloud-native microservices, APIs, and service-oriented architectures. Analyze requirements, document system specifications, resolve defects within SLAs, and test and deploy changes under change management, security, and SOX controls. The role involves working with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL databases, containers, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and frontend frameworks while maintaining technical documentation.
