Teams at A1 Group

Configure, integrate, upgrade, and troubleshoot mobile Radio Access Network elements. Monitor network KPIs, alarms, logs, and traces; perform configuration changes; support base-station integration and commissioning; and participate in operational procedures for network expansion. Contribute to testing and delivery of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, and NB-IoT services while collaborating with technical teams.

Participate in all BI project phases: design and implement dashboards in QlikView and Power BI, tune and support BI solutions, develop ad-hoc report queries, follow A1 Group processes, gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

As a ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will develop a platform vision, manage the ServiceNow backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.
