Operate and maintain ACAS vulnerability scanning across classified and unclassified networks, analyze scan data, and generate remediation reports. Automate tasks and tooling with PowerShell, support RMF auditing via eMASS, and document/log vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cyber teams to identify and remediate system vulnerabilities and maintain security posture.

Provide intermediate Tier II technical support for Windows, enterprise applications, and network issues; manage accounts and devices; apply DoD cybersecurity controls and STIGs; document incidents in ITSM; escalate complex issues and support deployments at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

Provide desktop and server support including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, imaging, software distribution and license management. Maintain security compliance, remove unauthorized software, troubleshoot network printers using Windows Server 2016 and HP Web Jet Admin, resolve permissions and protect systems from malware.

Maintain and upgrade Cisco IOS and Nexus switches, design and manage STP/MSTP topologies, troubleshoot fiber links, manage TCP/IP networks, and perform system upgrades and patches.

Lead and manage complex IT government contracts and task orders. Oversee staffing, performance, budgeting, schedule, risk mitigation, subcontractors, and client relations. Support proposals, past performance, quality control, and delivery against PWS. Mentor staff and ensure contract compliance and successful program execution.

Manage cloud service contracts, administer vendor relationships, and support cloud procurement. Provide technical guidance for cloud selection, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support business development via market research, proposals, and vendor performance monitoring while ensuring security, governance, and compliance.

Install, configure, and maintain database management systems. Monitor and tune performance, perform backups and recovery, enforce security, apply patches and upgrades, create documentation, develop maintenance plans, support users, and collaborate with system administrators and developers to improve database reliability and availability.

Provide SharePoint development and administration for Fort Johnson NEC: design pages, build/customize web parts and workflows, configure SharePoint services, develop templates, enable web services, and manage document lifecycle in coordination with COR and Government Knowledge Manager. Support government-specific systems (GFEBS, CHESS) and enhance site look and functionality.

Support full RMF lifecycle and maintain system artifacts in eMASS. Perform security control assessments, prepare SSP/POA&M/SAR documentation, monitor vulnerabilities, coordinate ATO efforts, and ensure compliance with DoD, Army, and NIST cybersecurity requirements.
