Leads the launch and daily operations of a rural healthcare transformation hub across four Missouri counties. Supervises Rural Navigators, manages care coordination and CIE workflows, oversees stakeholder and Leadership Board activities, coordinates IT integration and data governance, ensures HIPAA and grant compliance, monitors budgets and contracts, supports proposals, and directs regional outreach and promotion.

Instructs and assesses dental students in preclinical simulation clinic modules, tracks progress, supports remediation, and helps develop curriculum. The faculty member trains students and instructors on electronic dental charting, demonstrates procedures, creates instructional materials, collaborates with course leadership, and maintains current digital dentistry knowledge. Responsibilities also include grading assignments, supporting calibration, fabricating examples, attending meetings, and promoting student success and continuous improvement.

Maintains and expands enterprise network infrastructure across multiple regions, including routing, switching, wireless, DHCP, RADIUS, monitoring, security audits, upgrades, cabling, and physical infrastructure. Provides escalation support, troubleshoots outages with ISPs and vendors, administers Cisco Webex Calling, manages documentation and assets, supports capacity planning, and participates in emergency response. The role also oversees physical security technology and requires lifting over 50 pounds and ladder work.
