Leads the launch and daily operations of a rural healthcare transformation hub across four Missouri counties. Supervises Rural Navigators, manages care coordination and CIE workflows, oversees stakeholder and Leadership Board activities, coordinates IT integration and data governance, ensures HIPAA and grant compliance, monitors budgets and contracts, supports proposals, and directs regional outreach and promotion.

Directs the online Postprofessional Doctor of Physical Therapy program, overseeing curriculum implementation, academic operations, faculty and staff supervision, student recruitment and retention, admissions, budgeting, marketing, accreditation compliance, and university partnerships. Leads strategic planning, faculty development, student advising, assessment, program documentation, events, and cross-functional collaboration while representing the program in university and community activities.

Instructs and assesses dental students in preclinical simulation clinic modules, tracks progress, supports remediation, and helps develop curriculum. The faculty member trains students and instructors on electronic dental charting, demonstrates procedures, creates instructional materials, collaborates with course leadership, and maintains current digital dentistry knowledge. Responsibilities also include grading assignments, supporting calibration, fabricating examples, attending meetings, and promoting student success and continuous improvement.
