The HR Manager serves as the organization’s sole HR professional and primary employee and manager contact. Responsibilities include advising leadership, ensuring employment-law compliance, improving HR processes, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations investigations, performance management, compensation reviews, benefits administration, training coordination, LMS and HRIS management, and employee separations. The role supports approximately 80 employees and promotes a positive, productive workplace culture.

Provides crisis intervention, intake, assessment, intensive case management, safety planning, victim advocacy, referrals, public assistance enrollment, and life-skills support for human trafficking survivors. The role includes 24/7 on-call response, law-enforcement collaboration, individualized service planning, documentation, Medicaid compliance, community partnership development, and support toward client safety, stability, and independence.

The Bilingual Legal Services Case Manager assists survivors of domestic violence in navigating the legal system, providing support during court proceedings and developing individualized service plans.
