Oversee daily recovery residence operations, safety, cleanliness, resident compliance, onboarding, documentation, scheduling, conflict resolution, and crisis response. Coordinate with case managers, clinical staff, and peer specialists to address resident needs and connect them with recovery resources. Facilitate meetings and recovery activities, maintain supplies and facility standards, and promote a respectful, accountable, recovery-focused community.

Works with individuals and families experiencing homelessness to set housing goals and obtain stable housing. Identifies housing opportunities, assists with paperwork and applications, builds relationships with landlords, documents case notes, inspects potential residences, supports financial assistance requests, and travels as needed.

Support and coordinate daily clinical operations for adolescent IOP and outpatient services, ensuring compliance, managing documentation and EMR uploads, training staff, analyzing data and KPIs, assisting quality assurance and audits, and facilitating cross-team communication to maintain patient-centered care.

Oversees day-to-day operations of CDOT landscaped medians, ensuring plant health, maintenance, watering, pest management, chemical applications, procurement, staff supervision, reporting, safety, equipment upkeep, cost control, and participation in snow removal as needed.

Oversee data management and reporting for a 24/7 citywide shelter intake and transportation program. Maintain HMIS and The Grove systems, ensure data quality and privacy (HIPAA, DFSS), build dashboards and reports, perform audits and trend analysis, train staff, manage access and documentation, and coordinate with DFSS and city partners to support the DFSS One System initiative and operational decision-making.
