Provide day-to-day creator support via email/DM/Slack, review creator content for FTC and platform compliance, ensure timely approvals (~27-hour cycles), drive creator retention and growth, coordinate cross-functional operations (Billing, Fulfillment, Product), and identify/process improvements to reduce friction.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for remote Business Associates: source and attract candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments, collaborate with CEO and team leads on job specs, maintain ATS records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Support founders and leadership with end-to-end marketing, positioning, and founder-facing communications. Turn complex inputs into concise messages (LinkedIn, emails, decks, landing pages), run research and synthesis, manage timelines and execution, support GTM and curated events, and use analytics and AI to inform decisions while preserving high judgment and ownership.
