Provides comprehensive executive support to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, including inbox and calendar management, communications, document and contract coordination, task and deadline tracking, meeting documentation, presentations, system access, HR assistance, and purchase order entry. The role requires discretion, strong organization, excellent writing, sound judgment, cross-functional coordination, and proactive follow-through in a temporary nonprofit setting.

Lead implementation and improvement of integrated college and career pathways. Supervise Pathways Counselors, maintain a limited caseload, design case management frameworks, build partnerships, coordinate workshops/internships/college visits, track outcomes, and ensure services align with youth development and equity practices.

Support planning and administrative tasks for APCH's Comic Art and Literacy Expo (CALE); create graphics and social media content; assist Visual Arts and Event Planning team with event preparation and department tasks; perform other assigned duties in a dynamic youth-center environment.
