Manage a large-scale fencing installation project from planning through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing budget, schedule, procurement, resources, client communication, project documentation, change orders, and safety compliance. The role leads on-site project personnel and coordinates with superintendents and foremen to deliver projects exceeding $1 million on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Perform janitorial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window and restroom cleaning, trash removal, supply replenishment, and storage organization. Maintain cleaning records, report unsafe conditions or maintenance needs, follow safety procedures, and work independently or as part of a team while meeting cleanliness standards.

Provides administrative and accounting support, including QuickBooks cleanup, expense reclassification, chart of accounts maintenance, journal entry preparation, invoice tracking, reconciliations, vendor and customer setup, filing, scheduling, and general office coordination.
