Supervise daily carpentry and general trades activities on construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Lead foremen and crews, run pre-construction meetings, manage tools and materials, perform inspections, maintain records, handle employee relations, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, safety oversight, reporting, and close-out activities while liaising with owners, superintendents, and stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, schedules, submittals, permits, RFIs, site inspections, safety and quality checks, coordinate subcontractors, assist accounting and PM/superintendent to ensure successful project completion.
