Provide part-time office operations support for construction projects: update timecards and schedules, enter job/employee/equipment data into scheduling software, assist with billing and reconciliations, coordinate training and badging, reconcile cards, review driver scorecards and job documentation, handle incoming calls, and support project leads and office leadership.

Manage planning and supervision of Arizona highway division operations including staffing, scheduling, equipment and materials allocation, quality control, safety compliance, reporting, client/vendor coordination, hiring/terminations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Operate rider and flat saws, apply hot-pour and silicone seal, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, perform manual labor and basic data entry, complete daily paperwork, and travel out of town for highway saw-and-seal projects. Paid on-the-job training available.
