Provide peer-based coaching, mentoring, and recovery support to individuals with mental health and co-occurring conditions as part of an Assertive Community Treatment Team. Deliver wellness management strategies and manualized interventions, model recovery behaviors, and support clients in achieving self-advocacy and recovery goals.

Provide community-based peer support for adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders as part of a Community Support Team (CST). Participate in team meetings, person-centered planning, crisis intervention, and model recovery to encourage wellness, resilience, and community integration.

Provide peer-based coaching, mentoring, and recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Deliver manualized wellness interventions, model recovery values, consult with treatment teams, and promote self-advocacy and resilience.
