Administer and optimize Oracle databases, OBIEE, and Informatica environments for a federal enterprise data warehouse. Responsibilities include performance tuning, monitoring, backup and recovery, patching, upgrades, security configuration, partitioning, compression, troubleshooting, and cloud migration support. The role also coordinates with developers and government IT teams, maintains technical documentation, and provides nightshift DBA backup coverage.

Lead migration of Informatica PowerCenter ETL workloads from on-premises Oracle infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Assess, configure, migrate, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise ETL processes across environments. Develop data reconciliation and source-to-target validation, resolve performance and connectivity issues, coordinate cloud and database dependencies, and maintain migration documentation, test plans, runbooks, and recovery procedures. Support production readiness, change control, defect resolution, security processes, and knowledge transfer for the VA Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Supports program management through business process and data analysis, requirements documentation, deliverable development, status reporting, process documentation, metadata management, and ad hoc reporting prioritization. Participates in Agile stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives, identifies data sources, evaluates processes, and supports sprint planning. Provides coaching, mentorship, and oversight to junior Program Analysts while collaborating with team members to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
