Design and build generative AI applications for complex financial and legal workflows. Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, including experimentation, training, evaluation, monitoring, and deployment. Apply machine learning, information retrieval, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, and agentic AI techniques. Collaborate across teams, translate business problems into experiments, promote AI adoption, and mentor teammates while delivering scalable, production-ready systems on AWS.

Own and grow a portfolio of major enterprise accounts across banks, law firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and private equity firms. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, expand platform adoption, lead enterprise sales cycles, negotiate renewals and agreements, and represent 9fin in the debt markets. Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and influence the roadmap.

Lead the EMEA Strategic Accounts function, managing 5–6 senior relationship managers and overseeing $13M+ ARR accounts. Drive enterprise sales, multi-year agreements, renewals, forecasting, account planning, and complex procurement and legal processes across financial-services clients. Coach the team, establish operating rigor, partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, and represent strategic client needs to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong capital-markets expertise, executive presence, and three days per week in the London office.
