Design, build, and operate AI-native backend and fullstack systems that integrate LLMs, agents, and tools. Create agentic, multi-step workflows, ensure safe, observable LLM production integrations, design APIs/services/data models, collaborate with Product and Design to turn high-level goals into scalable architectures, and improve developer experience while maintaining security and privacy for regulated healthcare systems.

Lead design of the member-facing app end-to-end: flows, interaction patterns, visual system, and design system. Rapidly prototype (including AI-assisted tools), run user research to inform decisions, collaborate with product, engineering, and clinicians, and balance member clarity, clinician workload, and business tradeoffs.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting: chart of accounts, month-end close, technical accounting (ASC 606/842/718), tax compliance, 409A/equity accounting, audit readiness, internal controls, and management of outsourced accounting. Partner with CFO, FP&A, auditors, and tax firm while building reporting, automation, and scalable finance processes for a high-growth health tech startup.
