Own end-to-end multi-state payroll and benefits administration for a rapidly growing, remote company. Manage payroll processing, year-end reporting, vendor relationships, open enrollment, compliance across jurisdictions, partner with Finance and People, and coordinate international payroll with external advisors.

Lead and grow relationships with benefits and pharmacy consultants to drive adoption of 9amHealth. Secure partnerships and commercial agreements, represent the company at events, maintain vendor profiles, identify co-marketing and incentive opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing to support consultant engagement and strategy.

Manage day-to-day operations and employee experience for the San Diego office: office readiness, supplies, vendor/contractor coordination, mail and equipment logistics, onboarding/offboarding support, and planning workplace events and employee moments. Act as primary in-person operator handling time-sensitive materials and ad hoc leadership support to keep office workflows running smoothly.
