Sell 9amHealth's virtual specialty care to large employers (5K-25K employees). Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build partnerships with consultants, PBMs, and health plans, and develop employer launch strategies while collaborating with SDRs and national partnership teams.

Design, build, and operate AI-native backend and fullstack systems that integrate LLMs, agents, and tools. Create agentic, multi-step workflows, ensure safe, observable LLM production integrations, design APIs/services/data models, collaborate with Product and Design to turn high-level goals into scalable architectures, and improve developer experience while maintaining security and privacy for regulated healthcare systems.

Lead design of the member-facing app end-to-end: flows, interaction patterns, visual system, and design system. Rapidly prototype (including AI-assisted tools), run user research to inform decisions, collaborate with product, engineering, and clinicians, and balance member clarity, clinician workload, and business tradeoffs.
