Design and implement embedded robotics software for autonomous interceptor platforms. Develop real-time control loops, PID and advanced control algorithms, actuator and motor-driver interfaces, CAN communication, sensor fusion, and state estimation. Integrate camera and IMU data on NVIDIA Jetson systems, translate vision tracking into motor commands, and build Python tools for calibration, logging, and CI/CD. The role involves hands-on hardware testing, rapid prototyping, and collaboration in an onsite defense startup environment.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and troubleshoots complex mechanisms including feed systems, gear trains, linkages, cams, latches, and drive systems. Performs kinematic and dynamic analysis, creates manufacturable GD&T drawings, diagnoses failures, and collaborates across mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and testing teams. The role involves hands-on machining, assembly, range testing, field support, and mechanism development for counter-drone defense hardware.

Design and implement the perception pipeline for autonomous systems, specializing in low-latency tracking of fast-moving objects using computer vision algorithms and embedded systems.
