Build and operate MeritFirst’s assessment and hiring platform, including candidate and employer experiences, assessment delivery and evaluation systems, workflows, infrastructure, and AI-enabled features. Own problems end to end from product discovery and system design through deployment, debugging, observability, and iteration.
