The Flight Follower monitors daily flight operations, assists with flight planning, communicates with crews, and ensures compliance and safety.

Serve as Second-in-Command on cargo flights, assisting the Captain with all phases of flight, pre-flight inspections, flight planning, communications, regulatory compliance (FAA Part 121), cargo coordination, and ongoing training to ensure safe, on-time operations.
