Lead end-to-end implementations for private market investment clients, serving as project manager and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include developing implementation practices and artifacts, monitoring customer health, collaborating on product features, optimizing client data strategies and technology integrations, preparing client-facing materials, improving onboarding, and partnering with technical teams on automation workflows.

Support client onboarding and deployment of an AI-powered platform for private equity, venture capital, and credit clients. Responsibilities include managing data ingestion, transformation, validation, and integration workflows; configuring solutions; monitoring data-quality and service KPIs; coordinating with technical and product teams; gathering client feedback; ensuring governance and privacy compliance; and improving operational processes.

Identify and qualify prospective clients in private equity, venture capital, asset management, and other private markets. Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and events; engage senior decision-makers; maintain CRM data; and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Sales to build pipeline and improve go-to-market processes. The role also supports AI-native sales applications and requires 1–3 years of sales development or business development experience.
