Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams to design, build, and operate large-scale, cloud-native retail and payments systems. Hands-on coding, architecting microservices and event-driven solutions, enforcing engineering standards, driving Agile/SAFe practices, and guiding production incident response and technical roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional execution of AI initiatives: plan, track, and deliver projects; manage risks and stakeholders; roll out AI tools and enablement; maintain dashboards; facilitate agile ceremonies.

Lead research, prototyping, and delivery of AI/ML solutions for retail challenges. Manage ML project lifecycles, establish model development and MLOps best practices, mentor engineers, align initiatives with business stakeholders, oversee ML pipelines and infrastructure, ensure data quality and ethical AI, and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
