Teams at 7-Eleven

Leads loyalty analytics for 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards, managing analysts and translating customer, transaction, and campaign data into insights. Owns KPI frameworks, executive reporting, segmentation, incrementality measurement, campaign effectiveness, personalization, and ROI analysis. Partners across Marketing, CRM, Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology to influence strategy and improve member engagement, retention, frequency, and sales. Oversees data infrastructure, analytical standards, team development, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for POS systems, payment terminals, store networks, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoots complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues; analyzes recurring incidents and root causes; manages escalations; deploys patches and hardware; documents resolutions; supports technology rollouts; and maintains knowledge resources. The role also mentors Tier 1 staff, collaborates with specialized resolver teams, follows security policies, and supports a 24/7 operation including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Creates, shoots, edits, publishes, and manages social-first content for 7-Eleven across platforms including TikTok and Instagram. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, executing campaigns, coordinating creator and influencer partnerships, managing online communities, monitoring trends, analyzing performance, and recommending optimization opportunities. The role requires strong writing, storytelling, cultural awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
