Ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of the 7NOW delivery platform through monitoring, incident response, automation, observability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include on-call support, root cause analysis, runbook development, cloud cost optimization, CI/CD maintenance, capacity planning, security remediation, disaster recovery testing, and performance tuning. The role also collaborates with engineering and infrastructure teams and mentors junior staff.

Supports and improves Identity and Access Management operations, including SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, tasks, forms, integrations, monitoring, incident remediation, patching, reporting, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and documentation. Partners with help desk and business stakeholders, supports automation and platform upgrades, and participates in 24x7x365 on-call coverage.

Oversee fuel and related tax returns, including timely filing, payment, review, and general ledger reconciliation. Support SOX compliance, financial reporting, month-end close, process documentation, and tax risk mitigation. Lead business support by resolving inquiries from operations and accounting teams and communicating with stakeholders and taxing authorities. Assist with process improvements and performance management initiatives.
