Participate in a semester-long educational internship at Seven Seventeen Credit Union, applying academic knowledge and developing professional skills through practical risk management experience. Interns must complete 225 hours while working 15–20 hours weekly and receive college credit.

Leads the commercial credit and underwriting function, including loan analysis, risk assessment, approvals, SBA lending, policy development, regulatory compliance, and reporting. Maintains a personal underwriting pipeline while partnering with relationship managers and senior leadership. Manages, coaches, and develops the commercial credit team, oversees vendors, supports audits, and drives process improvements, workflow automation, technology implementation, and commercial lending efficiency.

The Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager develops and manages a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits while providing customized lending solutions and excellent member service.
