Provides personalized member service through PTM video technology, processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and account maintenance, and resolves account questions. Educates members on PTM use, recommends relevant credit union products and services, balances virtual transactions, protects confidential information, and follows security and identification procedures. The role requires accurate transaction handling, professional video communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and a strong customer service orientation.

Lead commercial credit underwriting and a team of underwriters/analysts, manage personal underwriting pipeline, assess financial statements and credit risk, prepare credit memorandums, enforce policy and regulatory compliance, drive process and technology improvements, manage vendor relationships, support audits, and collaborate with commercial lending leadership to set strategy and goals.

Guide credit union members through Personal Teller Machine experiences using video technology. Process and balance transactions accurately, educate members on PTM use, identify financial needs, recommend appropriate solutions, maintain product knowledge, and provide professional, empathetic service. The role requires flexible scheduling, on-camera professionalism, adherence to policies and dress standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks including extended sitting and lifting up to 20 pounds.
