Build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, create value narratives, and sell programmatic advertising, audience activation, predictive intelligence, intent data, and AI-powered marketing solutions. Expand media revenue across large enterprise accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence sales practices, and shape scalable approaches for complex advertising opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA, driving onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, ROI, renewals, and account growth. Partner with technical customer success, sales, marketing, product, and internal teams to resolve issues, capture customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and develop customer advocates. Advise senior stakeholders on SaaS adoption, manage implementation projects, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the customer’s voice across 6sense.

Own the strategy, roadmap, build, launch, and measurement of digital Customer Success programs. Configure Gainsight journeys, campaigns, segments, triggers, integrations, dashboards, and reporting. Identify engagement gaps, prioritize initiatives, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and provide data-backed recommendations to CS leadership. Maintain platform integrity and documentation while connecting digital programs with CSM-led activities across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
