Temporary onsite Office Manager to run daily office operations, greet guests, manage supplies and building upkeep, support event planning, maintain SOPs and compliance, assist HR onboarding and Finance invoice scanning, and help deliver an on-brand, sustainable office experience for 3 6 months.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, GL reporting, cash applications and bank reconciliations; support month-end/year-end close, audits, tax filings, 1099s, internal controls, SOPs, and process automation; collaborate with AP, AR, and FP&A.
