Responsible for administering and optimizing SQL Server environments: design and maintain Always On Availability Groups and WSFC, implement backup/DR and archiving strategies, tune T-SQL and indexes, manage table partitioning, monitor performance, ensure security/compliance, and support schema deployments across DEV/QA/UAT/PROD.

Design, build, and optimize Power BI analytics platforms and dashboards. Translate business requirements into scalable data models, write DAX and Power Query (M), perform performance tuning, enable client adoption and data literacy, mentor junior team members, and advise on governed analytics ecosystems and integrations.

Lead discovery, architect and deploy end-to-end LLM/agent solutions on cloud (preferably GCP). Manage production rollouts, write production-grade full‑stack code, drive customer adoption, deliver eval-driven insights, create reusable tools/playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maximize product and model impact.
