Manages end-to-end project delivery for clinical trial-related products and services, including planning, budgeting, scope, timelines, client communication, vendor coordination, procurement, production, distribution, risk management, and reporting. Serves as the primary client liaison, supports business development, leads project teams, resolves issues, and drives process improvement while ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality outcomes.

Supports project operations for clinical-trial-related products and services by coordinating orders, shipments, logistics, reports, marketplace maintenance, data entry, documentation, communications, and administrative tasks. Tracks releases and shipment holds, prepares invoices, monitors project status, maintains accurate records, and assists project management teams while delivering responsive customer service.

Assists project managers with planning, tracking, coordination, documentation, client communication, logistics releases, shipment tracking, cost monitoring, reporting, and onboarding for clinical trial products and services. Maintains project tools and SharePoint sites, prepares manufacturing orders and proposals, supports domestic and international distribution, handles basic client issues, and escalates complex concerns. The role is structured as a closely supervised learning opportunity.
